STAG's management team is professionals having extensive experience in Software Development, Quality Assurance process and Test management.

Mr. T. Ashok - Founder & CEO:
MS in Computer Science (IIT Chicago), B.E. (Electronics and Communication) Anna University, CSQE (ASQC). Spearheads the operations of STAG, has 18+ years of working experience. Setup and managed global test group at VeriFone. Active in test engineering community, have given 10+ lectures in test forums, and presented about 10 tutorials/papers in International / National conferences. He is highly passionate about software test engineering and devotes time in his lab pursuing his interests in software patterns, test design, test automation, object technology, process engineering and measurement. He has been presented with the Thought Leadership award for his contribution to the testing community at the Test2008 international conference.

Dr. K. Rangarajan - Founder Director:
Ph.D. in Computer Science in the area of Testing, ME (IISc) BE (Electronics and Communication) Anna University. He has 22+ years of experience in software discipline. Founder of Man Machine Systems, Chennai. He has presented 20+ papers/tutorials in International Conferences/ Journals, and Author of a book on C++.

 

Mr. M.C. Nagaraj – Director (Customer Excellence & People Functions):
B.E. (Mechanical Engg) Mysore University, Diploma in SQC, CSQE (ASQC). He has 18+ years of working experience, managed large independent product test group and labs, managed large projects, and is also a trained ISO auditor and a CMM assessor. Active in Test Engineering community. Presented papers and tutorials in International conferences. Has conducted many workshops in the area of Software Test Engineering. He is highly passionate about contributing in Test Process Improvement using Test Maturity Model (TMM)
