14. What measures would ensure that your team collaborates effectively with our development team?
Ans. STAG understands the importance of maintaining effective communication between the project teams for the success of the project. Our engagement methodology requires that we review project progress with our customer at several milestones throughout the project. Our manager/ test leads will be the single point of contact for the customer for the entire project. We ensure total transparency by maintaining a continuous communication channel between the your development team and our testing team all times. Our services are SLA driven. We have review meetings status reporting process wherein we share various status reports with predefined frequencies to provide comprehensive view of the status of the project.


15. What is your process for ramping up resources? What steps do you take to retain key resources?
Ans. We maintain a constant pool of qualified and experienced resources to meet quick ramp-up requirements of our customers. We recruit from the best-of-the-breed and train them in our unique test engineering methods and tools. Our internal learning and competency center upgrades their knowledge constantly and when needed. Offshore and onsite engagements for reputed customers, exposure to the latest in technology, continuous training programs to upgrade their skills and a fast paced, high energy work place are some reasons for high motivation levels of our employees. 16. Do you provide training on software testing?
Ans.Yes, our knowledge service group conducts entry-level program for aspiring test engineers and regular corporate workshops that addresses specific problem area of the corporate. Corporate has benefited from these workshops and institutionalized our test practices. In addition, our entry-level students have found successful placements in many top IT companies.
