We have built a level of pedagogy into our business model whereby there is a constant learning and relearning. Our learning and competency center constantly updates the knowledge from our practical experience, and we impart knowledge from our experiences. We teach what we practice !

This division creates innovative learning materials, conducts trainings/workshops and organizes lectures to promote the ‘formal body of test knowledge' to deliver excellence. Central to this division is an innovative learning model that ensures an effective understanding of concepts.

At STAG it is not just teaching with a sense of urgency, it is a healthy balance of theory and practice. This includes lecture sessions (video assisted), self assessment questions (SAQ), case study(CS), worked examples (WE), frequently asked questions (FAQ), points to ponder (P2P), lab assignment (Lab), testing real products, product demos, problem solving, weekly tests, seminar and final exam. Our innovative delivery mechanism ensures that the participants effectively imbibe the knowledge imparted.
