To this effect, we have strengthened the placement services for participants of our career programs. We have dedicated one person who focuses in building relationship with placement partner IT companies in Bangalore/Chennai in identifying the openings for test engineer positions in these companies. We have placement partnership with over 30 IT companies; currently there is requirement to fulfill for around 20 entry level positions in these companies. Every participant successfully passing our career programs - PCSTEplus, STEP - can expect minimum 4 prospective employer interviews arranged by our KS placement services.

Participants meeting the merit criteria are assured of jobs.. The KS placement services will strongly recommend our placement partner IT companies about the testing skills and performance of such candidates in PCSTEplus/STEP program.

On an average 8-10 participants of our career program are being placed every month by our placement services with our placement partner IT companies. Our alumni are gainfully employed with around 100 IT companies and contribute significantly by helping their companies deliver clean software.
